Unit 8

The two practices that i think have been most beenifical to me from this class is the love-and kindness and meditation. I think in my personal life I can learn to implement love-and kindness by simply choosing to wear a smile on my face no matter what the circumstances and always now that a kind word a day could be just the thing to make a person's day that is down in the pits so always do my best to smile and say something pleasant even when i am not in the mood. Also meditation has helped me a awful lot this semester deal with stress and staying calm. i think this is by far the best technique I have learned from this class and I will choose to implement it in my everyday life as a part of dealing with stress and helping me to relax on a daily bases.
